I’ve heard this place can get really busy, so I’d go at an off time or take out like I did. You’ll see all the aunties and uncles sitting down so you know it’s a local favorite. The food can feel super heavy, but everything is packed with flavor and large portions. You’ll find mostly Cantonese cuisine here. The sign outside still says Ichi Ramen, but it’s actually Hing Lung. The beef brisket was delicious. I only regret not also getting congee, which seems to be a hot order. Everything mostly ranges from $15-20
