Rocket sushi offers a unique sushi eating experience. You order on a tablet in groups of 4 items at a time and, by the restaurant name, the sushi is delivered in a rocket right to your table! There’s limited interaction with the staff so you can enjoy uninterrupted conversations. The sushi is definitely on the more expensive side. Special rolls will start around ~$18 and go up to ~$26. The rolls are quite large, but if you’re super hungry, still expect to spend some money! The money is definitely worth it though. The quality and freshness of the sushi is great. The texture of the raw fish is divine, delicate, and tender, with just the right amount of chewiness. As you take a bite, your taste buds are greeted with the velvety texture of fresh raw salmon + tuna, which melts in your mouth.

When I went there was $1 sake if you order more than $50 of food, which probably will be hit if you come with a group. This place is also super popular for take out. I think I saw some rockets delivering sushi for take out orders on the other side of the restaurant!
