This udon place is conveniently located in the Japantown mall. It’s normally super packed, especially on the weekends, but the lines seems to move quick. They have a kiosk out front to put your name in and monitor your spot. Powered by Yelp waitlist.
You can really taste the quality of the homemade udon noodles. Thick, chewy, and delicious! The service is quick and great! The broth and meat of the Tonkotsu Udon Deluxe was a little too salty which was disappointing considering how great the noodles were. The Beef Sukiyaki Nabeyaki Udon was more of the comfort flavor I was expecting. Udon Mugizo is well known for their creamy udon selections. Unique and great tasting! Prices generally range from $17-21.
Highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner. Great and convenient for an after shopping meal.
