π Review
Tanta is a Peruvian restaurant with Chinese and Japanese fusion dishes. The Chaufa Aeropuerto is a wok stirred fried rice, with so many ingredients: tender char siu, veggies, sesame, Peruvian nikkei sauce. The Lomo Saltado, beef with red onions, tomatoes, and oyster sauce was my favorite dish and reminded me of how steak is cooked in Asian restaurants. There’s plenty of other Asian dishes with to choose from, but those are must haves. The prices are quite expensive, but you can really taste the quality, and the portions are fair.
The chicken skewers were $13, the other two were around ~$30, similar to price range of rest of the meals. If you’re looking for a little twist on Asian cuisine, this is the place. One of Chicago’s best!
